At FormTight, we specialize in working closely with our clients to take their projects from prototype to production in a matter of weeks. Our thin gauge division features state-of-the-art high-speed in-line thermoformers equipped with steel rule die cut and match metal die cutting capabilities. We work with a variety of materials, including High Impact Polystyrene Sheeting (HIPS), Polyethylene (PE), Polyethylene Teraphthalate (PET), PVC, HDPE, ABS Plastic, PC, PP, anti-static materials, and FDA grade materials, with thicknesses ranging from .0075" to .090". We offer custom color-matching options as well as standard colors like clear, black, white, or "natural".
In addition, our thick gauge division operates both rotary and large single station equipment. The large stations are ideal for prototyping and small production runs, while the rotary machines are suited for medium to large volume production runs. Our capabilities include forming sheets up to a maximum size of 60" x 90" x 30". We also offer 5-axis CNC routing services for efficient and precise fabrication requirements, typically working with materials ranging from .060" thick up to .5" thick.
