We offer a wide range of packaging options, from basic foam "peanuts" in a standard carton to customized impact-resistant plastic cases with specially designed foam interiors. Our team of experienced designers collaborates closely with customers to identify the most effective and cost-efficient solution for their specific requirements. We work in partnership with our material suppliers to ensure that all components meet our high performance standards. Throughout the design process, we keep our customers informed of progress and provide a functional first article sample for review upon completion. Our in-house tool and die shop allows us to create custom steel rule dies according to customer specifications or our own designs, giving us a competitive edge in terms of flexibility and speed. Unlike many of our competitors, we are able to produce tools internally, resulting in cost savings that we pass on to our customers. Our production capabilities include saw cutting, horizontal slitting, hotwire cutting, sheeting, and die cutting, with 12 assembly stations for efficient and accurate assembly of parts in small, medium, or large quantities. We understand the importance of timely delivery, especially in today's uncertain times, and offer "just-in-time" delivery options to meet customer demands. Our warehousing facilities allow us to maintain finished product inventory for customers utilizing KANBAN-type inventory systems. At F.P.
