About Seller:: Gallagher Corporation was established by Richard Gallagher, Sr. in 1964. Mr. Gallagher, a development chemist at DuPont, was part of the team that introduced "Adiprene" polyurethane rubber to the market. Presently, Richard's son, Rick, holds the position of president at our family-owned company. Prior to joining Gallagher Corporation in 1976 as the leader of our design engineering team, Rick also gained experience at DuPont. We take pride in the emphasis on safety and quality exhibited by each of our skilled employees. Our commitment to continuous and innovative training has resulted in multiple safety accolades from OSHA and the local community. In the year 2000, 99% of our shipments were delivered on schedule, with only 0.3% being returned due to quality concerns. Our team is equipped to assist you in identifying and prioritizing your performance requirements, recommending suitable materials, and providing timely quotations. Spanning 100,000 square feet, Gallagher's facility represents a substantial investment in both personnel and equipment, operating three shifts. Our dedicated quality task force is focused on enhancing our impressive 99% On Time Delivery performance (in 1999, we shipped 1,503,863 parts). Our capabilities range from producing individual parts based on customer-supplied samples to manufacturing thousands of OEM components. Many of the parts we mold incorporate metal inserts bonded during the molding process. Our molded parts vary in weight from one ounce to over 2,000 pounds, produced through liquid casting, compression molding, transfer molding, and injection molding techniques. We also offer secondary operations such as machining, grinding, shearing, die cutting, water jet cutting, laser engraving, and PSA application. Strategically located in Gurnee, Illinois, USA, along the Chicago/Milwaukee corridor, Gallagher Corporation is a Charter Member of the Polyurethane Manufacturers Association (PMA), an international organization committed to technical and quality excellence.
