About Seller: In 1979, Bob Ginn established Ginn Manufacturing in a small garage in rural Sumner County, specializing in the production of tool and utility boxes. Despite limited equipment, much of which was homemade, Ginn Manufacturing successfully manufactured D.O.T required toolboxes for the city of Wichita, KS and the Kansas Department of Transportation. In 1984, the business was relocated 8 miles north of Caldwell, KS on Highway 49. Following the move, Bob constructed a 2700 sq ft shop that was later expanded to approximately 5000 sq ft. With the increased space and updated fabrication equipment, Ginn Manufacturing broadened its services to include custom sheet metal silhouette and sign design, tailored to meet each customer's unique specifications. The company's expertise also extends to full-time truck frame and chassis repair since 1973, serving regions spanning Kansas, Oklahoma, and western Missouri.
