This integrated approach saves time and money by eliminating the costs and delays associated with multiple vendors and shipments. Our capabilities include Blanchard rotary grinding up to 42" diagonal, with the ability to grind a variety of materials like aluminum and stainless steel while holding tight tolerances and finishes as close as .0005" and 8 Ra, respectively. Centerless grinding services offer thru-feed lengths up to 12 feet and in-feed ground lengths up to nine inches, with tolerances to .0002 and surface finish to 10 Ra. Double disc grinding is available for high production of medium to small size parts and longer flat bars. Hard turning efficiently removes excess material from parts with tight tolerances for concentricity. Honing services utilize horizontal and vertical Sunnen Hones with tooling from .100 to over 5" in stock, while our Indi-Ron roundness checker ensures precision within millionths. Air gaging enables us to maintain the closest tolerances. I.D. grinding services support parts up to 12" in diameter, with CNC grinders capable of handling multiple I.D., O.D., and faces in the same chucking. Lapping services include single and double sided operations with tolerances as close as .0001 and part sizes up to 24" in diameter. O.D. grinding services support parts up to 40" between centers and 12" in diameter, with various chucking/collet capabilities and CNC O.D. grinders for different job types. Short runs to larger runs with in-process gaging are accommodated. Our team also offers engineering and design assistance, as well as project management services to help guide your projects through the system or provide design advice as needed.
