About Seller: H-O-H Chemicals, Inc. was established in 1968, following a five-year period as an independent franchise of Dearborn Chemical Company. It has since become a prominent water treatment company in the Midwest region. Based in Palatine, IL, H-O-H operates Water Chemistry Laboratories, Product Manufacturing, and Distribution facilities. Additionally, H-O-H has branch offices with warehousing in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, as well as a new location in Walled Lake, Michigan. Other branch offices are situated in Bloomington, IL and Tennessee. The company was founded by Robert F. Hutchison, who was actively involved in the business until his passing in 1996. Since 1989, Thomas F. Hutchison has served as the president of H-O-H and is the majority stockholder.
