About Seller: H-O-H Chemicals, Inc. was established in 1968 after operating as an independent franchise of Dearborn Chemical Company for five years. Over the years, it has become the premier water treatment company in the Midwest. Based in Palatine IL, H-O-H oversees Water Chemistry Laboratories, Product manufacturing, and Distribution facilities. The company also has branch offices with warehousing in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and a new location in Walled Lake, Michigan, as well as offices in Bloomington, IL and Tennessee. Founded by Robert F. Hutchison, who remained involved in the company until his passing in 1996, Thomas F. Hutchison has served as the president of H-O-H since 1989 and is the majority stockholder.
