Utilizing triple-action, 250 ton presses and specially designed tooling, we are able to create multiple features simultaneously with excellent accuracy and repeatability. Our fineblanking capabilities include coining, semi-piercing, drawing, crimping, countersinking, welding projections, extrusion, and bending, working with various grades and strengths of steel, aluminum, copper, brass, bronze, and other alloys.
