Our power units are compatible with a wide range of standard hydraulic oils, as well as the latest non-toxic, biodegradable oils.
COMPREHENSIVE PUMP SYSTEMS
The most efficient results are achieved when a pump and power unit are specifically designed as a cohesive “system.” Our Hydra-Tech pump systems are precisely engineered to ensure that the power unit delivers the necessary horsepower at the correct flow and pressure for optimal performance. Each of our power units can operate pumps of various designs, allowing for versatile use across different applications. For example, our 25hp power unit can power a 4? trash pump, an 8? high volume pump, a 3? high head pump, a 4” shredder pump for processing municipal waste, and a 4? centrifugal screw impeller pump for handling viscous materials. This integrated approach of 1 power unit and 5 pumps maximizes the utilization of the power unit.
CUSTOMIZED POWER UNITS
In instances where a standard hydraulic power unit is not suitable for a specific application, a custom unit may be necessary. We have the expertise to design and build electric motor driven units, multiple circuit power units, and engine driven power units that can run on alternative fuels. We can also create power units on oversized trailers to accommodate additional hoses and tools for transport.
