About Seller: Established in 1962 by John J. Salce, Hygrade Precision Technologies currently operates out of a 40,000 square foot facility located in central Connecticut. Specializing in precision contract machining, grinding, and lapping services, Hygrade is recognized as a Single Source Metal Finisher offering a range of niche services and complete machining capabilities. Our focus is on serving the high technology markets of today while keeping an eye on future goals. Our clientele includes the Aerospace, Automotive, Commercial, Homeland Security, Medical, and Power Generation industries. Our services encompass CNC multi-axis machining, ID/OD grinding, flat lapping and grinding, as well as testing and inspection services such as CMM inspection and surface temper etch services. Hygrade has been ISO approved since September 1997 and AS9100:2001 approved since November 2007. Additionally, we were first approved by NADCAP in January 2004 for Aerospace quality system (AC7004) and Chemical Processing (AC 7108). NADCAP accreditation is mandatory for companies such as GE, Rolls Royce, Boeing, Bombardier, Pratt and Whitney, and Sikorsky aircraft. Hygrade undergoes annual audits to ensure compliance with these standards.
