Our capabilities include blow molding parts with final dimensions up to 110" x 60", as well as tailored quality control programs encompassing CMM, QC sheets, process sheets, and weight and wall thickness measurements.
Our advanced accumulator blow molding machines cover shot sizes from 3 to 80 pounds, supported by a modern facility equipped with a new material feed system, updated chiller, and new blenders. Our highly skilled staff, including processors and mold setters, ensures efficient production processes with quick change-overs and startups to minimize downtime. We have developed innovative solutions to address labor challenges and guarantee sufficient staffing to support all accounts.
In addition to our blow-molding services, Iceberg offers a comprehensive range of secondary operation solutions, including metal fabrication services, powder coating, assembly, packaging, warehousing, and state-of-the-art logistics such as drop shipping. Our metal fabrication capabilities encompass bending, roll forming, machining, progressive die stamping, welding, and riveting. Our 200' powder coating line accommodates small to large parts with custom color matching options available.
