Over the years, our company has been dedicated to providing high-quality and cost-effective tooling solutions utilizing top-notch materials and technical knowledge. By 1987, our capabilities expanded to include the production of tooling using materials beyond tungsten carbide, allowing us to serve a global clientele across various industries. In 1990, we relocated to a custom-designed facility in Bolingbrook, IL to support our growing capabilities and future expansion. In 1996, in line with our commitment to ensuring a safe work environment for our employees, Ideal Carbide Die became the sixth company in Illinois to receive the prestigious Safety and Health Achievement Recognition Program (SHARP) award from OSHA. By 1999, we became the third company in the state to receive this award three years in a row, recognizing our exceptional safety programs that surpass basic OSHA requirements. Our ongoing mission is to deliver top-notch tooling solutions to our customers while upholding our responsibility as a caring employer to our workforce and community.
