(IFSCO) is a manufacturer and distributor of high-quality products essential for the manufacturing and reconditioning of commercial, institutional, and residential furniture. Our products also cater to display manufacturers, aftermarket fulfillment, and replacement vendors. Additionally, our Illinois Fibre Insulation Division distributes and fabricates insulation and flexible air ducts for the HVAC markets.
We operate under four divisions: IFSCO Furniture Parts Unlimited, which provides plastic molded parts, steel stampings, and assemblies for furniture and tubular products; IFSCO Coated Fabrics, a national distributor of vinyl coated fabrics; Illinois Fibre, which fabricates urethane foam for furniture, packaging, and acoustical applications, as well as supplies cotton, polyester, and related products to the upholstery industry; and Illinois Fibre Insulation Services, which distributes insulation and accessories to HVAC wholesalers and sheet metal contractors, as well as fabricated products to the OEM market.
Founded in 1946 by Chicago entrepreneurs Casimir Kasper and John Kasper, Illinois Fibre Specialty Co., Inc. was established to meet the need for quality, cost-effective cushioning products in the furniture industry. Over the years, we have expanded our product offerings by partnering with vinyl fabric manufacturers, investing in machinery for plastic and metal parts production, fabricating foams, felts, chipboard, and insulation products. With our extensive experience and resources accumulated since 1946, we are able to produce a wide range of furniture parts and vinyl fabric patterns, from modern to retro styles.
