IGF provides Coast Guard Approved I6015 Phenolic Pultruded Grating featuring panels with 1.5� deep I-Bar on 1.5� centers, cross rod bracing on 6� centers, and 60% open area. Our Isophthalic Polyester grating is crafted with Ashland Aropol� 7334 resin, while our Vinyl Ester grating is made with Ashland Hetron� 922 resin. Additionally, IGF presents a premium collection of general-purpose resin molded grating in both grit and meniscus surfaces. The dimensions of IGF flanges exceed ASME Sec. X, RTP-1, ASTM D 3299, PS 15-69 requirements, and our Manways with covers surpass ASTM-D3299, ASTM-D4097, ASTM-RTP-1 standards. Our standard resin is Ashland Hetron� 922 resin, and all IGF flanges and manways are of the integral type, featuring hand lay-up monolithic construction.
