About Seller: Our company specializes in high precision machining and quality fabrication services, catering primarily to clients in the local oil, forestry, and railroad sectors. We are currently in the process of expanding our manufacturing capabilities. Located in Northern Wisconsin, our facility is staffed by nearly 30 highly skilled and motivated employees with over three decades of experience in the machining and fabrication industry. We exclusively utilize top-of-the-line machinery, including eight Mazak CNC mills and lathes, a 5' x 10' Mazak laser, welding stations, a 90 Ton Press Brake, surface grinders, manual mills, and a Zeiss CMM. Additionally, we have recently started producing proprietary products for the railroad industry, such as a patented railroad tie handler. With a strong focus on the forestry and railroad sectors, we possess extensive expertise in hydraulic systems. Our capabilities include the design and manufacture of hydraulic cylinders for custom applications ranging from 1" to 8" in diameter, with a firm commitment to the quality of our products. Our team includes personnel trained in CAD software (Solidworks) and FEA (finite element analysis). We are proud to be ISO 9001 compliant and ITAR registered.
