Our air driven pumps are designed to meet intermittent flow and pressure demands without the cost and complexities of a pressure compensated variable volume pump. Unlike constantly running electric pumps, our economical air driven pumps do not consume electricity or generate heat while maintaining the required output pressure. IDI pumps are inherently safe for explosion-proof or hazardous environments and are all designed and manufactured in-house. Our product line includes the E, H, and P Series Air Driven Liquid Pumps with integrated pneumatic and hydraulic circuitry, which are shipped ready to run. These pumps reduce operating and maintenance costs in a variety of hydraulic and pneumatic/gas applications and are compact and lightweight for portable use.
IDI's TASQ Series of Air Driven Liquid Pumps provide a standard, off-the-shelf, and affordable option for intermittent flow and pressure applications. These TASQ units are tested and ready for installation. Our Air Driven Air and Gas Boosters are complete, ready-to-run units that do not require any tubing or fittings for installation and are suitable for explosion-proof or HAZMAT environments. IDI's Air Amplifiers are easy to install and operate and efficiently double air or other gas pressure at the point of use.
New additions to our product line include "Zero-Leak" Directional Control Valves, which offer cost-effective solutions for reliable actuation of single- or double-acting cylinders. These solenoid actuated poppet-style 3- and 4-way valves are ideal for use with IDI Air Driven Liquid Pumps. In addition to our standard products, IDI also offers customized solutions for specific applications, such as rescue tools, a flame retardant foam valve, an aerospace fastener tool, and a nuclear plant maintenance robot.
