With a diverse client base of more than 100 active customers, Jackburn specializes in wire forming and stamping, offering a range of products from simple "S" hooks to complex components for greenhouse plant hanging systems. Recognized as the largest independent supplier of round and square grates nationwide, the company primarily manufactures burner grates using a combination of wire base and stamped fingers resistance welded to the frame. The stamping facility is equipped with a variety of presses, including 250-ton, 100-ton, and 95-ton straight side presses, as well as OBI punch presses up to 70 tons. Additionally, the wire forming and fabrication operation boasts automatic fourslide machines, a ring coiling and welding machine, and a CNC 4-axis wire bending system for precision production of wire forms in various shapes. The facility also houses a range of resistance welding machines, offering engineering and design assistance from concept to prototyping with all tooling designed and built in-house. The new CNC wire bending system is set to enhance production efficiency by reducing tooling requirements and setup times for prototypes and pre-production samples.
