About Seller: Jewell Hudgens, Inc. was established in 1947 as a machine shop that specialized in providing repair services for local sawmills. While maintaining this core function, the company diversified into the roller business in the 1960s. Initially, the company outsourced the rubber covering process for rollers to the Goodyear Tire and Rubber plant in Beaumont, Texas. However, as the demand for roller services increased, Jewell Hudgens, Inc. acquired additional equipment and began to cover rollers with rubber in-house. In the late 1970s, the company expanded its product offerings to include Polyurethane coverings. In the 1990s, the company further expanded its roller covering capacity by expanding its facilities and acquiring more equipment. Presently, the plant comprises of two buildings totaling 42,000 square feet. Our current mission is to identify and fulfill the needs of our customers by providing high-quality products, services, and solutions. We are dedicated to fostering long-term relationships with our clients.
