About Seller: Jewell Hudgens, Inc. was established in 1947 as a machine shop specializing in repair services for local sawmills. Over the years, the company expanded into the roller business, initially subcontracting rubber covering services and later developing in-house capabilities. By the late 1970s, Polyurethane coverings were also added to the product line. In the 1990s, the company further expanded its roller covering operations by increasing its facility size and acquiring additional equipment. Presently, the facility consists of two buildings totaling 42,000 square feet. Our current mission is to effectively address the needs of our customers by providing high-quality products, services, and solutions. We are dedicated to developing long-term relationships with our clients.
