About Seller: Jorgensen Forge offers a wide range of equipment and capabilities to support various industries. With a proven track record in producing seamless rolled rings for aircraft and aerospace products, high-strength drill collar materials for oil and gas applications, power generation products, and marine hardware, we have the expertise and resources to meet our customers' needs. Our facility includes hydraulic presses ranging from 660 to 5000 ton capacity for open die forgings, two ring mills for manufacturing rolled rings from 12 inch to 180 inch O.D., and a hydraulic expander for sizing rings up to 225 inch O.D. We also have horizontal and vertical furnaces for heat-treating, a drop-bottom furnace for rapid quenching of aluminum, and machining equipment with a 20-foot diameter capacity. At Jorgensen Forge, we work with a variety of alloys including low alloy steels, Austenitic Stainless, Martensitic, pH stainless grades, aluminum alloys, titanium alloys, and nickel base alloys.
