About Seller: Jorgensen Forge offers a wide range of equipment and capabilities to meet the diverse needs of our customers. With a focus on quality and expertise, we have a proven track record in producing seamless rolled rings for aircraft and aerospace products, high-strength drill collar materials for oil and gas applications, power generation products, and marine hardware including propulsion shafting. Our open die forging capabilities include hydraulic presses ranging from 660 to 5000 tons, with rolled rings produced on two ring mills in sizes from 12 inches to 180 inches in outer diameter. Additionally, our hydraulic expander allows for sizing and expanding rings up to 225 inches in outer diameter. Heat-treating services are available using horizontal and vertical furnaces, as well as a drop-bottom furnace for rapid quenching of aluminum. Our machining equipment includes engine lathes and boring mills with a capacity of up to 20 feet in diameter. Jorgensen Forge is experienced in working with a variety of alloys such as low alloy steels, stainless steels, aluminum alloys, titanium alloys, and nickel base alloys.
