In terms of custom vacuum forming, we are capable of producing parts as large as 24" x 50" x 9" deep in plastics up to 0.250" thick. Our expertise extends to working with materials such as PETG, PVC, ABS, Polycarbonate Kydex, Polystyrene, Acrylic, and HDPE, among others. Furthermore, our machining capabilities allow us to manufacture parts as large as 50" x 100" x 9" thick in various alloys, including aluminum, brass, and stainless steel.
