Our range of services includes custom vacuum forming, hot-wire bending, and CNC machining. With custom vacuum forming, we have the ability to shape parts up to 24" x 50" x 9" deep in plastics that are up to 0.250" thick. Our expertise extends to working with materials such as PETG, PVC, ABS, Polycarbonate Kydex, Polystyrene, Acrylic, and HDPE, among others. In terms of machining, we can handle parts as large as 50" x 100" x 9" thick in various alloys, including aluminum, brass, and stainless steel.
