About Seller: Karl Gschwind Machine Works (KGMW) is a reputable manufacturer of precision machined parts that has been in operation since 1965. Originally established in Lynn, Massachusetts, the company has grown from a small one machine shop to a 12000 square foot facility equipped with modern equipment. Over the years, Karl Gschwind, the founder, built a strong customer base consisting of small businesses and large corporations. In 2012, the business was acquired by ADC, with Karl Gschwind continuing to work until his retirement in 2014. In August 2020, Michael Benoit purchased the company from ADC and it now operates as Karl Gschwind Machine Works, LLC. Michael Benoit has a long-standing history with the company, having worked there for nearly 35 years and progressing from a role in the lathe department to operations manager.
