We utilize progressive tooling and compound/secondary tooling to manufacture a wide range of sheet metal pieces, allowing for quick turnarounds on prototypes and production runs. Our material selection includes galvanized, gal annealed, cold rolled steel, hot rolled steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, bronze, and copper. Our presses range from 15 to 400 tons with a maximum bed length of 108" and a maximum bed width of 54". We can manufacture parts with thicknesses ranging from .012" to .375" while maintaining close or precision tolerances.
