Our newly developed proprietary crack detection system allows for scanning of the entire tube circumference and wall thickness. Existing systems for tube wall scans were developed more than 30 years ago and provide minimal coverage (less than 30%) of the tube wall. Our inspection process includes simultaneous measurements for strain and crack detection. Each tube inspection results in the collection of millions of data points for analysis.
