About Seller: Labconco Corporation, originally known as Laboratory Construction Company, was established in 1925 by Ralph Callaway and Phil Goldfisch. The company's initial offering was a Kjeldahl Nitrogen Determination Apparatus, utilized by agricultural laboratories for testing the protein content of feeds and grains. Starting as a single-product entity in a small garage in downtown Kansas City, Labconco has expanded significantly and now employs more than 200 staff across three facilities, producing 16 distinct product lines. Our modern facilities in Kansas City and Fort Scott, Kansas provide opportunities for hands-on experience with our products. Featuring a tri-level auditorium seating up to 100 individuals, our Kansas City location is equipped with operational products for demonstrations and training sessions. The demonstration lab serves as a functional laboratory for developing tests and methods using our equipment. Additionally, the airflow test laboratory allows for testing of new fume hoods and biological safety cabinets to replicate specific field conditions. Throughout the year, we conduct training seminars and workshops at our headquarters in Kansas City to familiarize customers, certifiers, and trainees with our products.
