About Seller: Lamination Specialties Corp. (LSC) operates a manufacturing facility spanning over 300,000 square feet dedicated to producing top-quality electrical steel laminations. Our facility is expandable by an additional 80,000 square feet to meet increased demand. LSC has the financial stability to maintain substantial steel inventories to support the needs of major industry players. We consistently hold an electrical steel master coil inventory exceeding 25,000,000 pounds. Our standard lamination materials include Silicon Electrical Steels and Cold Rolled Low Carbon Electrical Steels (CRML) in 29 Ga. (0.014 in.), 26 Ga. (0.0185 in.), and 24 Ga. (0.025 in.). We also have the capability to work with heavier gauge materials upon request. With a slitting capacity of over 400,000,000 pounds of light gauge electrical steel annually, we operate three light gauge precision slitting lines: a 24 in. Tischken, a 48 in. Cincinnati, and a 61 in. Ruesch/AKV multi-head, double loop slitting line. Our Ruesch/AKV slitter is the sole one of its kind in the Western hemisphere. Additionally, LSC houses an advanced Iowa precision "slear" light gauge slitting and blanking line with a Herr-Voss 5-high leveler to manufacture precision panel flat sheets and blanks according to customer specifications. We boast over 40 high-speed, straight-sided lamination presses capable of producing more than 400,000,000 pounds of lamination per year. Furthermore, we operate four cutting-edge continuous roller-hearth annealing furnaces with excess annealing capacity.
