About Seller: Our Precision Metal Stamping service combines the expertise of Larsen's toolmakers with our commitment to quality to deliver stamped components that consistently surpass the expectations of our clients. Utilizing progressive tooling and compound/secondary tooling, we are able to manufacture precise sheet metal pieces in a variety of sizes, from small to large scale. With a range of over 35 presses from 25 to 600 tons and speeds of up to 100 strokes per minute, we have the capability to provide pilot runs, prototypes, and high-volume production for any stamping project. We have experience working with a wide range of alloys including Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Copper, Hot and Cold Rolled Steel, HSLA, HRS/CRS, Pre-Plated and Pre-Finished materials. Our production capacity allows us to achieve part tolerances ranging from 0.005� to 0.375� thickness. Additionally, we offer secondary in-house production methods such as In-Die Tapping and In-Die Labeling. Our Full Service Quality Management Systems are equipped to handle various measurement needs and requirements, from basic monitoring checks to full-dimensional layouts.
