Originally founded in Lincoln, Nebraska in 1948 as Winders and Geist, we initially focused on producing cord covers and electrical conduits in the late 1940s and 1950s before expanding into other electrical products over the following decades. As the demand for plastic irrigation products increased in the 1980s, we began fulfilling orders for farm equipment manufacturers, eventually transitioning to center pivot irrigation accessories in the mid-1990s. By the late 1990s, we had diversified our product line to include industrial power strips designed for use in data center cabinets. With the rise of the U.S. technology sector, particularly internet-based and corporate data centers, our power and monitoring products expanded to encompass hundreds of base units with thousands of configuration options.
