For the automotive industry, we offer rare earth magnets and ferrites with nylon binders for pulse wheel sensors and reed switches. Our rare earth magnets can be injection molded, bonded, or sintered, with applications in motors, sensors, medical equipment, computer peripherals, aerospace equipment, transducers, and instruments. They can be manufactured in various sizes and shapes, with standard tolerances of +/-0.005 inches.
Neodymium magnets are available in energy products ranging from 27 to 40 MGOe, ideal for low-temperature applications. Samarium cobalt magnets, with energy products ranging from 16 to 28 MGOe, are stable at high temperatures. Flexible magnets are available in strips and sheets, with various widths and thicknesses.
