Our facility is equipped with four CNC turning centers, each with 3�-inch through bar capacity, live tooling, and C axis, allowing us to efficiently handle a wide range of turning requirements. With experience machining materials from plastics to tool steels, and serving industries such as OEM manufacturers, aerospace, electronics, automotive, and agriculture, we have a proven track record of delivering quality parts on time. Additionally, our capabilities include 4 vertical machining centers with 4th-axis capabilities, enabling us to handle everything from production runs to precision weldments. We also offer in-house heat treating for small lot items, as well as surface grinding and jig grinding for precision tooling requirements.

Our machining capabilities allow us to achieve tolerances as close as a few ten-thousandths of an inch.
