About Seller: McKenna Engineering & Equipment Co., Inc. is now part of the McKenna Companies group, which includes three corporations: McKenna Engineering & Equipment Company, Inc., Process Solutions & Integration, Inc. (PSI), and Environmental Water Solutions, Inc. Both PSI and EWS are subsidiary companies of McKenna Engineering. The companies share a synergy in that they offer similar functions within different markets. They specialize in selling process equipment for handling air, gas, liquids, and dry bulk solids, as well as providing services such as application engineering, system engineering (including design & system integration), fabrication services, construction & installation services, and equipment repair, including field service. All three companies hold Class A California Engineering Contractors Licenses. The McKenna Companies focus on horizontal markets while providing vertically integrated services to various industries. With a staff of approximately 40 employees, the companies operate out of two offices: one in Carson, Southern California, which includes a 18,000 square foot corporate headquarters, manufacturing facility, and equipment service shop, and another in Fairfield, Northern California, which supports sales activities in the region.
