About Seller: Menges Roller Company specializes in the manufacturing of industrial rollers for the plastics, paper, nonwovens, and coiled metal industries. Our focus is on producing high-quality chill rolls and heat transfer rollers, utilizing advanced techniques such as computational fluid dynamics (CFD Models) and FEA (Finite Element Analysis) to ensure precise temperature control. Our chill rolls are available in chrome, nickel, or plasma coatings, and we provide services such as acid flushing, chrome re-plating, and shaft replacement. In addition, we offer a variety of rubber rollers covered in natural or synthetic rubber, silicone blends, or urethane elastomers, with value-added services including grooving, serrating, high-speed balancing, and parabolic crown forming.
Menges Roller is known for manufacturing large rollers, with the capability to fabricate rubber rollers and steel process rollers up to 33 feet long (10 meters). Our expertise in developing silicone roller covers and urethane compounds like TigerMax and ToughCoat allows us to provide solutions that meet the needs of our customers, including OEMs and engineers from large converting plants.
