Originally established in 1908 by August Podolske as Podolske Sheet Metal Works, the company transitioned to Milwaukee Metal Products Company in 1947, focusing on fabrication during the WWII era to support the war effort. With the fourth generation at the helm, Betty Jane Parrott, who holds degrees in electrical engineering and an MBA from UW-Milwaukee, assumed the role of President in 2001 after joining the company in 1973.
