About Seller: Established in 1959, O-D Tool has made significant investments in personnel, machinery, and cutting-edge technology to keep up with the ever-evolving field of tool & cutter grinding. As our business continues to grow, thanks to the support of our loyal local customers, we have expanded our facility to more than double its original size. This new, state-of-the-art facility has enabled us to acquire advanced equipment and improve the working environment for our staff. Through hard work and dedication, O-D Tool has achieved a high level of capability in our industry. Over the past three years, we have acquired three major machine tools, including 5 axis tool & cutter grinders, and have hired and cross-trained five skilled individuals to successfully implement a full second shift. Our reground carbide end mills consistently perform better than new, offering our customers significant cost savings by restoring dull tools to optimal condition at a fraction of the cost of new ones. We are able to mark diameters on shanks and resize tools in .010 increments to meet the needs of CNC programmers. In addition, we regularly regrind and recoat high-performance drill points from manufacturers such as GUHRING and SUMITOMO with quick turnaround times. With cutting-edge software, expertly trained CNC tool grinders, and a pickup service twice a week by BALZERS TOOL COATING, we ensure that our customers receive top-notch service. From high helix aluminum end mills to carbide end mills with corner radii, we are equipped to correctly regrind a variety of tools required by modern machine shops to produce high-quality parts.
