About Seller: Rathbone Precision Metals specializes in manufacturing precision cold rolled and cold drawn profiles in a wide variety of alloys, including carbon steel, free cutting steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, nickel alloys, high temp alloys, brass, and copper alloys. Our profiles are available in cross sectional areas ranging from 0.032" to 1.500" in diameter. Depending on the profile specifications and customer needs, we offer profiles in various forms, such as catch weight and pancake wound coils, exact length and random mill length bars, deburred and non-deburred saw cut pieces, and adiabatic sheared pieces for larger volume orders. Minimum mill quantities start at 300 lbs., but we are willing to discuss smaller quantities. Our precision cold drawing controls enable us to provide linear dimensional tolerances ranging from +/- 0.002" to an optional +/- 0.0005". For cold rolled profiles, standard dimensional tolerances are +/- 0.002" on thickness and +/- 0.005" on width.
