Our 15 presses, ranging from 5 to 220 tons in capacity, and three continuous belt furnaces enable us to produce high-quality powder metal parts. Our skilled team collaborates closely with customers to design and manufacture parts using a precise process involving compaction and sintering, resulting in rust-free components ready for use. In addition to our primary services, we offer a range of secondary operations such as drilling, vibratory finishing, CNC turning, grooving, CNC milling, oil dip, grinding, boring, tapping, and assembly. We also partner with reputable suppliers to provide additional secondary services including heat treating, nickel plating, double disc, black oxide, e-coat, centerless grinding, steam treat, phosphorate and oil, zinc plating, and OD grinding. Our MTI facility specializes in precision machining, offering services such as tool and die fabrication, gage construction, prototyping, weldments, fabrications, and general machining services. This facility supports our other operations by providing essential tooling, fixtures, and gauges for production support.
