To initiate a return, the items must be in new condition, with all original packaging and accessories, and the request must be made within 90 days of the purchase date. Replacement items will be shipped on the same day if they are in stock. If payment was made by credit card, the replacement order will be charged initially and a credit will be issued once the returned item is received at our facility. Return shipping costs will be covered by us, and a pre-paid UPS or USPS label will be provided for domestic returns.
