Vision Quality manufactures gearing up to AGMA class 8 standards, including spur, pinion, coarse and fine pitch, helical, bevel, and ring gears for various applications such as gear motors, gear pumps, speed reducers, and planetary systems.
Our helical gears can be manufactured up to a 20-degree angle without the need for machining. Pump gears are heat-treated to achieve tensile strength up to 210,000 PSI and machined to meet precise print tolerances. In addition to gears, Vision Quality Components also produces a range of lock mechanisms, including latch bolts, deadbolts, guides, lock cams, levers, and auxiliary bolts. Materials for locks include 300 series stainless steel, brass, bronze, and plated or coated carbon steel.
