We are proud to be a leader in designing and manufacturing clear plastic tubes for various applications including packaging, mailing, and industrial product protection. In addition to extrusion, VisiPak specializes in thermoforming, producing clamshells, blisters, trays, and custom designs tailored to meet specific requirements. Our engineering design team excels in creating custom formed shapes, and we offer comprehensive contract packaging services. As pioneers in the industry, we were the first to introduce clear plastic mailing tubes to the direct mail sector and have developed innovative packaging solutions such as plastic tube containers and hang tube paks. Many of our products are available for purchase on our ecommerce platform. With primary manufacturing plants in the suburbs of St. Louis, Missouri, our Fenton plant boasts 10 state-of-the-art extruders. Our plastics molding facility in Arnold produces caps and plugs for our packaging tubes, while our second Arnold facility houses our thermoforming lines and sales and design teams. Our third facility in Portland, Oregon specializes in precision custom thermoforming operations.
