Product Descriptions: The Coffing JLC is engineered to meet the heavy-duty demands of industrial applications, boasting a compact design packed with features. This includes a multiple disc motor brake, overload clutch, and chain end stop for enhanced safety. Voltages range from 115/230 (single phase) to 575 (three phase), all at 60 hertz standard or 50 hertz available. The controls and motor leads are easily accessible for voltage changes or servicing the hoist. A heavy-duty multiple disc motor brake with direct acting design ensures positive load spotting and holding, while a 5-pocket load sheave provides smoother lifting and reduced chain wear. Adjustable limit switches regulate upper and lower load travel, ensuring precise control. The mechanical overload protection device safeguards the hoist, operator, and supporting structures from damage. Two-speed hoist models are optional, featuring a 3:1 speed ratio in three-phase, single voltage configurations. The oil bath transmission and precision machined alloy steel gears enable longer, quieter operations. The compact aluminum housing is designed for portability and ease of installation. Optional VFDs (Variable Frequency Drives) are also available. For additional capacities and lifts, please call to inquire.
