For low-load requirements such as roll-up doors and hard-to-reach valve actuation, David Round's hand-wheel sheaves are used, while load wheel sheaves handle heavy loads like furnace doors, ladles, and process equipment. Standardly, sheaves arrive with blank hubs that can be machined upon arrival or machining options for sheaves and guides (bores, keyways, and setscrews) are available upon request. With capacities up to 10,080 lbs., all DRC sheaves are precision engineered to pair seamlessly with DRC chain. Optional guides for hand-wheel sheaves listed below can be explored further. All products come in a range of sizes and capacities; custom options are available upon request. Made in the USA, David Round's sheave warranty is voided if not paired with their chain. FOB Shipping Point applies, and steel surcharges may apply as well.
