The Base Mounted, Light Duty Floor Crane has been designed as a foundationless jib for light industrial applications requiring minimal concrete depth – just 6 inches. For installation, epoxy anchor bolts are necessary, utilizing the HILTI RE-500 adhesive anchoring system with a required embedment of 4-1/2 inches. The crane features a 360-degree rotation on tapered roller bearings, offering full capacity for vertical and radial thrust loading. Crucially, the concrete floor must be at least 6 inches thick, contain wire mesh reinforcement, and be situated in soil with a minimum pressure of 2,500 psf and a minimum concrete compressive strength of 3,000 psi. Additionally, the jib crane should be centered over a square foot area that is free from cracks, seams, control joints, and walls. Manufactured in the USA, custom spans or heights can be accommodated upon request; shipping terms are FOB Shipping Point.
