Approximately a year ago, we integrated the Fabrivision inspection system into our quality control procedures at Advanced Laser Cutting. This system enables us to thoroughly inspect parts before and after cutting. With its advanced scanning capabilities, Fabrivision delivers precise inspections of parts. Following the scanning process, the system generates a 2-D diagram, compares it with the programmers' specifications, and identifies any errors in the part. Beyond inspection, the Fabrivision can also digitize parts and seamlessly incorporate them into CAD drawings for our programmers to utilize in the cutting process. The implementation of the Fabrivision has significantly enhanced our quality control efforts, providing both us and our customers with assurance that parts undergo thorough inspection.
