About Seller: Cascade Precision is a veteran-owned and family-operated company established in 1953. We specialize in producing high-volume precision CNC parts for aerospace, marine, military, and high-tech companies across the United States. Our facility is ISO9001:2015 and ITAR certified, equipped with over 20 CNC machines. Our capabilities include four 11-axis Swiss Lathes that enable us to quickly and accurately manufacture small intricate components such as pins, screws, knobs, and firing pins for various projects in the optics, laser, satellite, and defense industries. In addition to our Swiss Lathes, we have 5-axis vertical and horizontal mills and 7-axis live tool lathes. While our specialty lies in complex aluminum parts, we also work with materials such as Stainless Steel, Tool Steel, and titanium. Our high-speed spindle mills can efficiently produce small parts with dimensions smaller than 10"x10"x10" at a high volume. We have expertise working with a variety of materials including aluminum (2024, 6061, 6063, 7075), steel (Mild Steels, Alloy Steels, Tool Steels), stainless steel (300 series, 400 series, 15-5, 17-4, ETD150), titanium (6AI-4v), other metals (Invar, Brass, Copper, Inconel), and plastics (Acrylin, Delrin, PET, PTFE, Macor, Garolite, Ultem 1000).
