Established in 1980, we are an ISO 9001:2008 registered company specializing in close-tolerance Swiss turning, conventional and multi-axis CNC machining, milling, and mechanical sub-assembly services. Our state-of-the-art facility houses 9 Swiss CNC machines capable of holding tolerances of +/- .0001" with barstock capacity up to 1.250" diameter (32 millimeter). Additionally, we operate 4 multi-axis CNC bar machines with bar capacity up to 2.50" diameter for larger, complex parts. Our expertise lies in working with stainless steels and nickel-based super alloys such as Hastelloy, Monel, Super Duplex, and Inconel materials.
