Our services include 5 axis CNC routing with full cad-cam support, injection molding, and a comprehensive tooling shop. A key strength of Hagans Plastics is our expertise in prototyping and product development, helping clients bring their projects to fruition. We have the equipment and capabilities to produce parts of various sizes and material thicknesses, including ABS, Styrene, Lexan ®, acrylic, and more. Our cut sheet machines range from 2' x 2' to 6' x 10', accommodating projects of any scale. In addition, we offer rotary capabilities for large volume orders and handle all tooling for vacuum forming in-house. Our injection molding machines can handle sizes up to 200 tons with a 20 oz. shot, molding materials such as ABS, Styrene, Lexan ®, Noryl ®, and more.
