About Seller: Established in 1989, Hogge Precision originally operated as a conventional screw machine job shop. The company made the shift from manual screw machining to CNC technology years ago and has since expanded its capabilities in automated machining. Presently, we work out of a 42,000-square-foot manufacturing facility that houses a comprehensive selection of advanced 7 and 8 Axis CNC turning centers, both horizontal and vertical machining centers, Swiss-style CNC screw machines, and multi-spindle screw machines. Our expertise lies in machining materials such as stainless steel, carbon and alloy steel, aluminum, brass, bronze, copper, lead-free brass, and machinable plastics. We also offer additional services including private labeling, laser marking, centerless grinding, inventory management, and stocking programs. Our client base spans various industries including aerospace, defense, automotive, construction, medical, plumbing, power transmission, switching, pressure management, and valve components. Our equipment includes 8 Swiss-style CNC screw machines with bar feeders capable of handling stock up to 1-1/4 inches in diameter and up to 12 feet in length. We also have 24 CNC turning centers with up to 3-inch bar capacity, many of which are equipped with automatic bar loaders or robotic loaders for efficient processing. Additionally, we operate 4 vertical and horizontal machining centers with spindles reaching speeds of up to 15,000 RPM, ensuring quick and versatile production of various parts and lot sizes. Moreover, we have a fully equipped Quality Lab with Optical Comparators, CMM, Vision inspection systems, and a variety of functional gages.
