About Seller: Manner Plating offers a comprehensive range of industrial finishing services, including zinc electroplating, chromate coating, and passivation. Our ISO 9001:2008 certified facility is equipped with state-of-the-art services such as an Ultrasonic Cleaner, Temperature Controlled Baths, Degreasing Parts, and Stripping Metal.
We specialize in providing RoHS compliant trivalent clear, yellow, and black chromate protective coatings, as well as hexavalent yellow coatings. Our plating services cater to a variety of substrates, including carbon steel, heat treated steel, high tensile steel, and zinc die castings. Passivation services are also available for stainless steel components.
Additionally, we offer baking services for high tensile components and the option to add a wax or clear sealer for salt spray protection. Our plating tolerances range from 0.1" to 0.5" in thickness, with the capability to measure and control the process. Parts up to 3'6" in length and 35 lbs. can be accommodated.
